We will accept returns if your product is faulty or damaged. To be eligible for a return, we must be notified of the fault within 24 hours of delivery and we will provide further instructions. Eagle Bay Olives will not be held accountable for theft, lost or damaged goods during transit.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
